• Finish your KWL Jim Crow Laws chart if you did not in class. Be ready to turn that in next class period along with a double-bubble comparison of the DVD to book. (The article is in Google classroom.)
• Read TKMB Chapter 23 and write a 4+ sentence summary.
• Complete TKMB chapter 12-15 questions. (Chapters 16-19 are addition practice. If you complete them I will check your answers.)

2. Watch TKMB DVD and make a double-bubble compare and contrast bubble-map. List at least two similarities and four total differences. One example for each section is given in class. You are excused from this activity if you were absent with an excused absence. 

3. KWL (Start your KWL chart on Jim Crow Laws)

What do you know? You can use examples from To Kill a Mockingbird and write at least one DOK 3? for W. Then, read your assigned page, collaborate with your group and write down something you learned or (re-learned) from the reading. Each group # corresponds to the page #. Be ready to read your page and share out next class period. A full copy is in Google classroom for you to read if you want since were are using a CLASS COPY in class. (Jigsaw Puzzle)

I am off campus tomorrow grading District Performance Tasks all day so I am not available for help in tutorial and plan to respond to e-mails this weekend. Be patient for grade updates if you submitted work recently.  

I am not able to re-set your Turnitin.com password. You must choose to reset it with the website and get a reset link sent to your e-mail that must be used within 24 hours. This password was made by you and it not the same as Pearson. Be sure to use your entire e-mail as part of your log in and not just your id number.
